Library Overview
The Vaughn Public Library is located in the City of
Ashland, Wisconsin on the shores of Chequamegon Bay on the largest
fresh water lake in the world, Lake Superior.
The library serves a city population of 8,620 and a
service population of around 16,000 with a diversified collection of
popular books, magazines, newspapers, videos, DVD’s, recorded
books, music plus a children’s story time, other programming and
an active Friend’s group.
Additional materials are available through the MERLIN
online catalog which allows patrons to search for, reserve and renew
items from any computer connected to the Internet.
